de-initializing and initializing window regulator in 2013 ford f150

replaced the window regulator and i need to initialize it but every time i pull the
fuse when the window is moving (per ford to de-initialize the window reg.) after
need to have to hold switch in down position for 2 seconds at bottom and
same at top........then when i roll the window down is resets and needs to be
de-initialized again, guessing i am missing a step.  Any ideas?

Mine is doing the same, thinking I am missing a step also. Hopefully someone knows the answer
