2013-2017 engine swap

I have a 2013 F150 Ecoboost 3.5L V6 that needs a new motor. Will the motor from a 2017 F150 Ecoboost 3.5L V6 fit? what kind of motifications are going to be needed?

First, check a parts distributor for the part number for the PCM. If the numbers are different, you will have to take it along with you. Then you will need the accompanying harness and a diagram to re-position the existing wires to the proper slot, If all the required other sensors for the PCM are there you'll be lucky. Then do an update on the PCM and hope for the best.
