undercarriage muffler why could it
be freeze plug

So what you are saying is you have antifreeze leaking around the exhaust in the engine bay. I would suspect a hose or the radiator itself. You will need to get the car safety in the air to determine where exactly it is leaking from. A freeze plug is a possibility.
