No 5 misfire

Ok ford 302 cyl 5 misfire. I've got spark, proper
compression, valves are working properly, injector
has 12 volts on both wires, but not letting fuel
pass. I've swapped injectors around and it still will
not push fuel.

Ok it does pulse and it has power on both wires on all of the injectors?

I have, and I'm leaning toward the ECM being defective. Thank you for you're help

Just to be clear, it runs but it's dead on no 5. I swapped the injectors out and around to different ports. I just checked the right bank and both wires have 12 volts. Would a ecm issue cause this?
