How do I completely remove a listing and start a new one?

I started a listing a few weeks ago but never ran it, now it keeps pulling that ad up now that I want to sell this car, but it shows it's been listed for a month.  It hasn't.  I want zero days on the market, not a month.

Also, I deleted this ad a month ago when I posted it. It shows up nowhere in my profile, yet every time I go to put up a listing for this car it pulls up my deleted listing and won't let me make a new one.
