How do I get CarGurus comfortable with processing my for sale transaction?  
The following prompt came on on your web site:  Cargurus: Pay We can’t help
with this sale at this time  This might be because:  Your car has a lien that
needs to be paid off (no lien - I have pink slip) Your state doesn’t allow an
electronic Bill of Sale (not sure CA allows this?) We’re unable to verify your ID
(how do we do this?) We’re unable to link your bank account (how do we do
this?).   Thank you - Art
