Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My A/C doesn't work properly.  As far as the freon is concerned, it is fully charged.  The air blows cold until you are in 5th gear.  Once you get to cruising speed the air just blows HOT.  Why would it do that? And what do I do to fix it?  This Texas heat is a killer!!!

Sounds like there is a problem with the pressure transducer or perhaps the relay that turns the A/C clutch on and off when more power is needed. I would take this to the dealer for more detailed diagnosis.
