I have a 98 Durango and a 2001 Durango! But I need to swap out the rotors, ball joints (upper and lower) tie rod ends, back hatch, shocks, and so forth! I need to know if these parts can interchange

i have been trying to find out what knuckles will fit my 98 but no one seem to know i was hoping i could get some help here but quess i was wrong not very good info here
