The cam sensor and a lot of other things can keep your truck from starting. Before buying parts, you may want to scan for codes to see what's going on. You could do a quick test for spark and fuel to narrow it down and support your scan test results.

I don't have any spark I change the crankshaft position sensor and ignition coil
