13’ 5.7 Hemi struggles to start but runs fine after it barely comes on

Alright so I have a 2013 dodge charger r/t 5.7 hemi
with 99,000 miles. Just recently when I go to start
my car after sitting for more than an hour or so the
starter turns over numerous times trying to start
pretty much struggling to start. But once it clings to
life it runs fine. ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY
APPRECIATED. Just bought the car and I would
hate for it to be the engine or something big. I will
respond.
