I have a gorgous Mercedes S550 that has a rebuilt title, where can I trade it?

are there any new or used car dealers that accept rebuilt titles for a trade? my car (2013 Mercedes S550) is just gorgeous and I need to down-grade to a smaller car.. any suggestion for who can accept this kind of title for trade?

I bought a 2011 Rebuilt S550, it was rebuilt due to damage in the rear, Had it checked over at dealership, checked frame, exhaust for leaks and function of everything, it didnt even suffer frame damage, it was all cosmetic. Got a crazy deal on it and it drives like new. I got it with 78K miles on it and now it has 124K miles and is running strong. No electric issues, engine or transmission issues. Just regular maintenance. What was good was the people who rebuilt it put ALL new suspension front and rear, and new tires. So you just have to be careful when buying rebuilt. Some are crap, but a lot of good deals out there.
