I have a 1979 Olds cutlass supreme with a Oldsmobile 350 in it and the freeze plug fell out don't no where it fell out at

That should be easy to spot, your coolant must have drained out, just look on the block of the engine where the freeze plugs are. No particular one pops out but it happens, rare but it does. Just go under the car and have someone pore some coolant into the radiator and see where it comes out, if you cannot spot which freeze plug it is.
