My uncle gave me a 1979 cutlass supreme with a 1973 350 Oldsmobile engine in it an the freeze plug fell out can't locate which one it was just wondering if a certain one usually would pop out

That should be easy to spot, your coolant must have drained out, just look on the block of the engine where the freeze plugs are. No particular one pops out but it happens, rare but it does. Just go under the car and have someone pore some coolant into the radiator and see where it comes out, if you cannot spot which freeze plug it is.
