Im thinking ignition issue? Need your opinion

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently stolen and recovered but ignition torn up. Can still drive and have driven but today
wont start. Can still use key in broke ignition but today I get nothing when key is on. Pull
light switch, get clicking noise. Battery has spark on cables. Hooked to jumper cables,
still nothing on the dash when turn key.

Theres electrical points in your ignition,those could have been damaged during the theft. So when you turn your key you may not be fully engaging all of the points to fully start the car.
