Are you sure you have 12 Volts on the battery??? if yes then look at the starter rely and or the starter !

If engine is turning over good,check the engine for fire at a plug,and check for fuel pressure,these two thing.s you need to know before you will know what issue you are having.

Yes, the car fires, but shuts right down. Almost like there's only spark to the number one piston and nothing at the others. I'm jumping back into it now to check all connections. U

Sound,s like a fuel issue,check the fuel pressure,may be the fuel pump has gone bad.

I have a Kia Rio 1.4 i tec 2014 model .The car will be fine , then all of a sudden want start. I will jump start the car and all is good for a week and then the problem starts again . I have had the battery checked and all good. The voltage is 12.8v and 14.9v when running.

For the battery check the connections. My car would do the same at one point and I took it to the kids dealership all he did was tighten the screws or whatever they're called connecting the battery. I haven't had that issue since.
