My steering wheel is stuck in the up position and will not lower. My memory
positions are also not working

if you can't move anything with the correct switch, it's probably fuse related. If you can move things, get them where you want everything and set the memory button. Then move things and try to set a second button. If the memory settings don't work at all, it may be the memory module in the door or a related fuse.

Glk 350 2014 .... loking for steering column module, is that the right name ? If so do you know the part number ?
