All of a sudden, I've had to boost my Traverse 4 times, what could be the issue?

I'm thinking the battery but there are no indicators on the console alerting to any issues, nor are the lights dimming, the time doesn't need to be reset, it boosts without trouble, everything seems fine but for the last two weeks periodically, the engine will not turn-over. Could it be starter? Thank you!

there wont be an indicator for low battery, if possible "borrow" one from a friend or another car and prove its the battery at fault

I would doubt the starter on a 3 year old car

I have a 2013 Chevy Traverse never had much problems at all with it. I drove it today and it shut off with an issue with the battery, I knew right away that it was the alternator. I had it checked out and it is the alternator, I purchased a new one. With the very cold temperature and me being on my way home from the doctor already, I plan on doing this tomorrow morning, my problem is that its parked in a parking lot. Do I need to take the passenger side tire off , and the wheel well as to better be able to get to the alternator and the tension pulley? 2 Answers
