What kind of oil I should use after 80k

80K is not excessive mileage, so stick with the factory recommended oil, which I believe for your Honda is 0W 20.

5W20 synthetic would work just fine if you want to use it.

Excessive oil consumption is a common problem when using 0 weight oil. I use 5W20 in my Subaru which calls for 0 weight oil with no problems at all.
