What is wrong if my car will not go over 30mph

I have a 2013 dodge dart... my husband just tried to go to
work... he came back home in less than 1 minute. He said
aomething is wrong with the car it will not go over 30mph...
what is wrong with it?

Could be clogged fuel filter,or if engine light is on it will have code that will tell you the issue.
