2013 Ford Edge will not start with key but everything else comes on

I have the type of key that also has the lock and unlock remote attached

My 2013 equinox did same thing , I even went bought a car battery for it , but it ended up being the battery in the remote that went dead and had the security on disabling the ignition . Everything else would turn on radio, ac , etc except for the motor. Have you tried that ?

No I haven’t tried a new battery for the remote yet, but I will. Thank you We did the same thing, bought a new car battery and still nothing. It will start with my other key. Thank you again
