Fuel Gauge not working 2013 Mustang V6

Fuel gauge reads E on my 2013 Mustang.  
Change entire fuel pump no change in gauge
reading.  Do you have a possible solve?

A gas gauge that always reads empty is a bad ground. Check your ground connection at the fuel pump. Make sure the connection at the frame or wherever it bolts to is clean and tight. Also check your instrument cluster grounds. Hope that helps! Jim
