Locate and Replace Washer Fluid Pump 2012 F 150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to locate and replace Washer Fluid Pump 2012 F 150

The only thing I can find on this is to remove passenger headlight to access.  That doesn't seem practical.   I would be concerned about getting that headlight realigned properly.  Any other suggestions?

You go threw the inner fender well in front of the tire. Should be plastic hold downs you get loose to pry back the plastic inner fender well.

You won't have to realign the headlight, they're pre-adjusted. When u remove the screws, u just screw them back in place, it doesn't affect alignment. Alignment screws come out with the light assembly

For my 2013 F150, just replaced the tube connected to the pump and popped the headlight out like changing a bulb by removing the 3 bolts. Worked like a champ.

just mite be clogged if u used beg juice crap( screen un inside of tank,on the pump) listen for pump motor first. I did same thing. ordered new pump, so did it anyway.. removed battery & removed entire tank. don't know if rite or wrong, but that's what I did.pump was ok but screen was clogged.do what you want.
