cannot get front or rear blowers to operate

I jumped relays located in fuse control and blowers operate
on off switch on dash lights up and i hear damper operate but no blowers
relays in fuse and relay panel do not operate?

Either the blower motor resistors, or the relays,

I installed a jumper in place of the relays and blowers work also changed relays but did not work. what pulls these relays in? Is there another relay ahead of the them? or does the switch on the dash operate the relays. Thanks Craig

So it looks like power is not getting threw? So ya keep tracing back to the switch. Figure out where the power stops.
