Fuel not making it to the front

My caravan stop driving and it had a camshaft code still i
change the camshaft and the crankshaft and still didn't
start. So it made me wanna change the fuel pump
because it wasnt coming to the front off the car and now i
have a new and old fuel pump and both not making the
fuel go to the front of the car what should i do?

before replacing fuel pump you should check for power and ground at the disconnect , is there a relay for the fuel pump ?
