Still having issues with my 2002 Dodge caravan. I replaced the plugs, wires, wire coil and crank shaft sensor and I still have intermitten firing. I also used dry gas in the fuel. What else could be causing this ? Thank you

this is the notorios 1.9 liter engine. The timing belt is ripe for replacent, should have done this at 60,000- but that's beside the point. Check Engine codes will probably reveal a defective EGR, MAF MAP and vacuum controls for the emissions control as well as the 02 sensor which can lead to a plugged catalytic converter...in short. let's have those codes, jeventus53...you should be able to have them read at any big auto parts store.

Finally took it to a dealer. Turns out to be the oxygen sensors were bad and the computer did not know how much gas to allow. Replaced the oxygen sensors and runs great.
