Changed radiator now won't start

Unless someone accidentally disconnected something while working on the radiator it has nothing to do with your engine not running.

It turns over and acts like it wants to start but doesn't almost like jumped time.

    We don't think it's the starter because it cranks and on the inside of the motor it turns just won't start
