Bluetooth configuration settings missing

I am having the exact same issue right now. I have tried googling and YouTube, but can’t find anything. It’s been like this for a month now.

I’ve got the same problem. Happened March 26, 2019. This past Tuesday.

I'm having the same issue as well. I'm going to the car dealership tomorrow to see what they say and let you know what they tell me.

I went to the dealership today and my issue is the communication interface module.

Did they have to replace the radio? What does this mean? Because I have issues with it intermittently connecting the satellite radio, but this Blue tooth issue is new. i have no Blue tooth connectivity to the vehicle at all and cannot re-pair because blue tooth is not available. Please advise

Janicerner: I'm not sure if the commination interface module has anything to do with the satellite radio but all I know is to get my Bluetooth and compass to come back is to either replace the module or get in there myself and see if a wire came loose when I hit a pothole.

I have a 2012 Equinox that had the same issue at around the same time. It's worked for 6+ years and now nothing happens when i press the "phone" icon. Was this ever answered?

Unplugging the battery to reset worked for mine

I went to configure...radio settings...software versions menu...clear and reset radio and my Bluetooth came back.

Same thing happened to me 4 days ago. I unhooked the battery, waited 10sec, unlocked/locked the doors with my FOB just to make sure all electricity was depleted from the system . Hooked everything back up. Bluetooth was back i just had to re-pair the phone

I had to reset the radio and then repair my phone and it worked on my 2013
