Asked by GuruWRWR7 May 20, 2018 at 09:02 PM about the 2018 Chevrolet Equinox 2.0T LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought 2018 Equinox and now found out
my Google Pixel  phone is not compatible fir
Bluetooth etc. The dealer won't do anything.
I had no idea you can no longer call
corporate any more. All I get is a contractor
company number to guide me through the
pairing process. When I make a hands free
call out the.pwreon on the other end can't
hear me.

I bought at a dealership out of town that was recommended to me. They were not helpful over the phone and the salesman ignored me entirely. I left voicemail and email. The local Chevy dealer told me it was on a list of phones that are not compatible. They didn't ask my name, wouldn't let me schedule an appointment bc there was nothing to fix! I dont drive much bc I work at home. When I go to a city I would like to have hands free calls and navigation from my phone to come over the speakers like my Corolla did :( I tried to call in an accident I saw during a snow storm and emergency service couldn't hear me speak! I didn't renew my onstar or surius radio ..I have internet on my phone. I feel like it it their way to force me into buying those services. My cell phone cost about $850! And is new.

I want them to acknowledge they sold me a car without telling me this and offer me Onstar at no cost for a yr until my phone is to be replaced. I doubt they would rewrite anything for an old sucker like me. Bi llion auto in Iowa City Iowa
