My ac started making a clicking noise... what is going on? how do i fix it?

When i turn my car on... there is a clicking noise coming from my AC unit. It stops
eventually but i want to fix it before it gets worse. What is causing this issue and how do i
fix it?

Sometimes the compressor will kick in and out when you first start your vehicle. If you take a look under the hood while you first start it keep an eye out for the AC clutch. If the clicking corresponds with that well that's your answer and it's completely normal. If that's not what you are seeing, then there is something else to dig into, and it may require some video with sound to tell further.

If you have temperature control its normal but if not the system is low on freon / refrigerant.
