Location of fuel pressure regulator valve on 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport, 3.3L

Runs rough at low RPM, runs ok at 1/2 throttle or above.  Changed plugs, wires, and fuel
filter, air filter.  My van does not have a EGR valve.  This happened suddenly one morning.  
Ran perfect before.
