where is the fuel regulator located on an 2006 Dodge Caravan 3.3?

I think its in the gas tank, possibly in the fuel pump itself?  So if I buy a new fuel pump will the regulator already be in the new pump?

The regulator will be on the fuel rail mounted to the engine.

I'm having the same issue with my 2007dodge caravan. Starts up runs for few seconds then stalls won't start again let it sit for few hrs try it again starts up but stalls again. I'm stumped
