Just did a rebuild on the 2.4 sohc everything went
smooth go to mount the torque converter to the
transmission and can't turn the crank to line the
flywheel up why can I not turn my crank

Did you make sure you used the correct flex plate ?? Is the torque converter properly seated in the front pump ??

The rebuild was done smooth motor turns great pretty sure the converter is all the way back we are gonna pull it and reset it today the engine turns all the way up until the bell housing is mated up

And no to the break in we literly just rebuilt it and can't get it to match up to the trans all oem rebuild as well

It seems like the converter is really sloppy on the trans spinal correct me if I'm wrong but it should be tight on there right...my 4l60e is really tight on the spindle and doesn't feel sloppy
