Do some testing when the problem is ongoing. Battery has a full charge and connections all good, I mean all ends not just at the battery, positive and negative. You can use a test light and follow positive battery voltage. Check voltage at the fuses, use test light, some fuses hot all the time, some go hot with key on, so check them both ways. If only problem with ignition feed, have to check voltage to and from ignition switch and switch itself.
