How complicated is an oil pump change?

Typically you have to get under and see if you have room to drop oil pan. Changing it out isn't hard its seeing if u can get pan off and clear of oil pump. Sometimes too u may need to raise engine. Google it and c if u can c anyone doing it. Typically it is a involved task.

to save money on mechanic labor costs,.iv changed pumps on minivans but this is my first durango and shop told me it was a 23hr job and it would require me to remove engine and i needed a second opinion
