What can be the problem

I have an 2004 Dodge Durango when I turn the
ignition off an take the key out the truck still has
power all lights on the dash are on the windows
still roll down an window wipers still work as if the
key is still turned in the on position

Everything should power down when you open the door or after a set amount of time. These trucks were designed to do this.

Normally the radio is the only thing that stays on once the ignition is off an key is out until I open the door but now once the truck is off an key is out the ignition it still has power as if the key is in the ignition an in the on position
