I want to buy a 2012 dodge charger srt8 its 15,999
with 131,000 miles i was wondering if it would last
a long time or if the transmission would go out

This sounds like a bad deal. Check on any of the blue book car value sites, as this Charger sounds over priced. I would also be concerned about the mileage, this is a high mileage vehicle and Chrysler is not the most reliable brand.
