How to no if it jump time

I was thinking on burying 2008 Dodge
charger they said it had jump time and now
needs timing chain replaced,  how can I tell
if that's what's wrong with it or it's
something else and what all would half to b
replaced to fix it

Best to have a shop look it over, these cars have all kinds of wiring & electrical issues, so be ready to empty your piggy bank.

I have a 07 Chrysler 300C it was running fine and I got in to crank it back up it crunk up rattling and cut right back off I Crank It Up again and it did the same thing crank up rattling and cut right back off in 2 seconds and after that every time I tried to crank it it would only drag like the battery was dead I hooked a battery charger to it any stop dragging and crank up and cut right back off again making a rattling sound did that sound like that timing belt all the time and guides
