When i have just the fan on and circulation button on it feels like a/c is running, the a/c should be off

Are you sure the AC is running? Open your hood and see if the compressor clutch is engaged.

I'LL HAVE TO CHECK THAT AND ALSO CHECK IF WATER COMES OUT THE BOTTOM OF CAR.... O.K LETS JUST SAY THE AC IS ON, WHAT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM.. AND HOW DO I SOLVE IT .......THANKS

If you are have your front defroster on it will also turn on your ac compressor.
