Starting Problems

I have replaced the starter on my car last year (June/July 2018) and replaced
the battery. Sometimes when it's cold out my car wont start, it makes a
grinding noise. What could this be? Please help

Perhaps the star gear from the starter is not aligned properly with the flywheel or the flywheel teeth have wear. Other thoughts if it's more of a rattle noise could be related to Honda TSB 09-010 concerning VCT issue. Hope it's not that but it effects many Honda vehicles from '08 to 13" Good Luck!
