How many miles, and do you drive it hard? If miles are high the mounts might be bad, if low and you drive it hard same thing. Beyond that, could be fuel injection is not off or objectors them selfs, even a problem with your cams, I would take it somewhere to diagnose the problem, most shops do that much for free.

Normaly an unexplained low idle come from a choke in the inlet or fuel stavation. So it could be a clogged air filter ,failing fuel pump or blocked injectors.Since you did not say that it was after some repair cams and valve clearances do not just change on their own.
