Is it worth the money to have head gasket leak fixed on my 2006 nissan
altima with 121,500 miles?

Not enough of the equation to answer. What shape is the rest of the car in? What are they selling for in your area? What equipment does the car have (auto,air,windows etc) If that's the only problem with the car and it's otherwise in good shape than there is no shortage of young,eager young people that will buy an affordable car and fix it ... see what the other cars are selling for and price yours $500 to $750 under ... include a picture and the repairs it needs ... under NO circumstances trade it in or you will lose your shirt/skirt
