Hi I have a dodge neon 2005. My car is running hot and I've changed, the heater core, water pump, thermostat, and hoses. What could be going on, help plz.....

1. Make sure the radiator cooling fan is working properly. 2. The plastic air deflector under the car is intact that forces air up to keep the radiator cooled down.
