2010 Chevy cobalt xfe upgrades. What can I do to make my car go faster? Turbo charge, super charge? I already have a cold air intake on it. Second question what can I do to make the exterior look nice

That kit should work for the 2.2L. You'll just have to redo your ecm mapping so that it actually runs right, and avoid "over boosting" the motor. The Ion had the same motor and I know someone who did a similar setup.

Also there are tons of body mods you can do to change/improve the looks of your car. Google Cobalt body parts and you'll find several sites specializing in body kits.
