Airbag Light stays on

Asked by RobinsonBr Jul 03, 2019 at 08:58 AM about the 2000 BMW Z3 2.8 Roadster RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Airbag Light stays on but airbags are all in working order.  Is there something "wire wise" I should look at?

You need the airbag code to proceed with a repair. That code will tell you what circuit is causing the light to come on.

I had my BMW Z3 for 20 years. The Air Bag light stayed on for most of those 20 years. I was quoted over a $1k to get the light to turn off.
