Stuck in drive while shifter is in park.

Asked by Manny May 08, 2022 at 07:44 AM about the 2012 Chrysler 200 S Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Today when I was pulling in garage to park my 2012 Chrysler 200, I put the
shifter in park but my gear indicator still showed it was in drive. When I took
my foot of the break, sure enough, it plunged forward wanting to go. Now it
will not start and gear shifter will not shift.
