Sounds like you could be in security lock,try locking and unlocking the vehicle from passenger side door using key (not fob) and see if it will start and run.

This model doesn't have a key entry on the passenger side. How can I reset the security lock on 2006 Durango?

Tps throttle position sensor it's what keep the vehicle at idle
