I’m considering buying a 2012 Terrain with 150,000
miles on it. If it has been well maintained, what sort
of repairs and maintenance could I typically expect
around this mileage?

Mileage is excessive for the age of the vehicle. Ten to fifteen thousand miles per year for the age of the vehicle is average. This vehicle has been driven around 19,000 miles per year. Personally, I'd keep shopping. Hope that helps! Jim
