Chysler Seabring convertable 1997 wll not turn off

I've checked ignition switch it is good.

You may want to check the ignition coil pack which is separate from the switch. I had an old Stratus (same car) that had the same issue and it was the coil pack and the ignition wiring harness. You could pull a new one from a junk yard for next to nothing. Best of luck!
