having issues with srx 2012 giving message to turn off air conditioning to cool engine. Engine is cold ?

No the engine is running too hot. Probably time to service the engine cooling system.

the car has not even ran for 2 minutes, one tech is telling us to find the heat sensor that controls the fan and replace
