2012 ford fusion SEL 3.0 6 cyl feels like the transmission is slipping at moderate to higher speeds

We have had the new software upgrade to the transmission and the problem is now
worse at higher speeds, could it be another problem?

Go to where they did the computer upgrade...test drive the car with one of the ford dealer team leaders...go for a road test and explain to them what you think is wrong...those transmission have an active learning capability...with means if 2 persons drive the car...the tranny will change in a different way according to the second driver...so make sure you explain to ford what you feel is wrong...thanks
